Your business is losing hours every day to work AI could do in seconds.

We dig into how your business actually runs, pinpoint exactly where AI delivers real returns, and put it in place. Then we train your team to make the gains permanent. Our clients recovered 2 hours per person, per day, in their first week.

We start where most consultants stop: inside your actual business.

No slide decks and no generic AI frameworks. Understanding how a business really runs takes structured work, so that work is the product. Every engagement follows the same three stages and includes basic AI training for your team, compliance documentation, and specific training for each solution we put in place.

1

Intro Call

A free 30-minute conversation, not an analysis. You tell us where the friction is, we ask sharp questions, and we both decide whether a full audit is worth your time.

  • Your goals & biggest pain points
  • Current tools & team setup
  • Honest first read on AI potential
  • Clear yes or no on next steps
2

The AI Opportunity Audit

Our core engagement. We go department by department through your real workflows and put a number on every opportunity we find.

  • Stakeholder interviews & document review
  • Process & tooling deep-dive
  • Gap analysis report
  • Prioritised roadmap with ROI targets
3

Structured Implementation

We build the chosen tools into your business, deliver both basic AI training and training specific to each solution, prepare your compliance documentation, and stay involved until the gains are real.

  • Phased rollout plan
  • Tool configuration & integration
  • Basic & solution-specific training
  • Compliance documentation
  • Adoption monitoring & tuning

AI tools are only worth what your team can do with them.

We don't walk away after setup. Every engagement includes hands-on training that turns new tools into lasting habits, plus the compliance documentation to keep you protected as you grow.

Hands-On Team Training

Practical, role-specific training that changes how your people actually work. The results stick because your team leaves with new habits, not just access to new tools.

  • Role-specific tool training
  • AI literacy workshops
  • Safe & compliant usage practices
  • Training records for compliance

Compliance Documentation

Written by consultants who know the law, not templates from the internet. You get documentation that satisfies your obligations, including under the EU AI Act, so a regulator's question never catches you off guard.

  • Responsible AI policy
  • AI risk assessments (RAIAs)
  • AI registry & system inventory
  • Governance & usage guidelines

Real hours recovered. Real businesses transformed.

Here's what teams across accounting, legal, marketing, crypto and tech say happened after working with us.

★★★★★
"The hours we recovered in the first month more than covered the full engagement. For an accounting firm, that math is easy. OptimAIze paid for itself before we'd even finished onboarding."
EK Consult
Accounting Firm
★★★★★
"After literally one week of working with the team at OptimAIze, we were saving roughly 2 hours per day per person. They were invaluable, both in the implementation and in the training."
Amplitas
Email Marketing Agency
★★★★★
"The efficiency gains were real, but what surprised us most was the team's responsiveness. Less time grinding through repetitive work meant more room for actual thinking, and the quality of that thinking went up noticeably."
Balance EK
Financial & Accounting Consulting
★★★★★
"OptimAIze built AI workflows that match the pace of crypto. Compliance is tighter, communications are sharper, and our team hasn't looked back."
Finansiv
Cryptocurrency Exchange
★★★★★
"We expected better templates. What we got was a team that actually changed how we think. The training sessions were where the real value was."
Lex Machina
Legal Consultancy
★★★★★
"We build AI products, so we assumed we had AI figured out. Turns out there's a real difference between building it and using it well internally. OptimAIze showed us the gap and closed it."
Правен Интелект
Legal AI SaaS
★★★★★
"We recovered 10 to 15 hours a week across the team from the first round of changes alone. In consultancy, those are billable hours. OptimAIze found them and handed them back."
ScargoAI
IT Consultancy
★★★★★
"The expectation was faster processes. What we didn't anticipate was how much cleaner the output would be: fewer errors, tighter documentation, and a compliance record we're genuinely proud of."
CuratedAI BV
Legal (GDPR) AI SaaS
★★★★★
"The templates were useful on day one. But the training is what stuck: our team came out of it thinking more systematically about their time, their output, and how they work."
Curated Technologies BV
Legal & IT Consultancy
★★★★★
"What stood out wasn't just the work, but how available the team was throughout. Questions got answered fast, adjustments were made without friction, and it never felt like we were waiting on anyone. That kind of responsiveness is rare."

The Audit

The AI Opportunity Audit. Real analysis takes real work.

Nobody can understand your business in a 30-minute call, and anyone who claims otherwise is selling you a template. That's why the audit is a structured engagement in its own right: we go inside your actual operations, department by department, and come back with findings you can act on.

We go deep, not wide

Stakeholder interviews, document review, and time inside the workflows themselves: how work actually moves between your people and tools, not how the org chart says it does.

Every finding gets a number

The output isn't a vision deck. It's a gap analysis and a prioritised roadmap where each opportunity carries an estimated cost saving or hours recovered, so you can rank them yourself.

Yours to act on, either way

The audit stands on its own. Take the roadmap and execute it with your own team, or have us stay on for implementation and training. There's no lock-in and no dependency by design.

It starts with a 30-minute intro call.

We won't pretend to understand your business in half an hour; that's what the audit is for. The intro call is simpler: you tell us where the friction is, we ask sharp questions, and we both decide whether an audit is worth your time. The call is free, with no obligation either way.

About

The people behind the work.

Georgi and Stefan co-founded OptimAIze on a shared conviction: AI adoption fails when it's treated as a tech project. It succeeds when it's treated as a business problem, with clear targets, real accountability, and someone who stays until it works.

Georgi Hristov

Georgi Hristov

Co-founder & Principal Consultant

Georgi co-founded OptimAIze to close the gap between what AI promises and what businesses actually get from it. With a background in business development, project management and legal practice, he treats AI adoption as an operational problem first and a technology choice second.

He works hands-on. Every engagement begins inside the client's real processes: the documents, the tools, the daily routines. From there, he builds a prioritised roadmap with specific cost and productivity targets, and stays involved through implementation, training and documentation until the results are real.

That legal background is what separates OptimAIze from the typical AI consultancy. Alongside tools that work, you get the Responsible AI policies, risk assessments and AI registries that regulators expect, including under the EU AI Act, so there's no scrambling when the questions come.

Stefan Kosharevski

Stefan Kosharevski

Co-founder & Head of Product

Stefan co-founded OptimAIze to make sure the tools we recommend actually get used and move the numbers, rather than sitting installed and forgotten. He brings over a decade of product management and business analysis experience, most recently as a Senior Product Manager at UKG, where he shipped enterprise software to large, process-heavy organisations.

Where Georgi maps the legal and operational ground, Stefan focuses on the workflows themselves: how a process really runs, where the friction is, and which changes will hold once the consultants leave. He brings the discipline of agile delivery to every engagement, with clear priorities, measurable outcomes and short feedback loops, because change that doesn't stick isn't change at all.

Stefan is a graduate of TUES (the Technology School Electronic Systems in Sofia, Bulgaria's most selective technical high school) and later studied psychology at the University of Salford. That combination of rigorous systems thinking and an understanding of people shapes how we handle adoption and training. People don't resist good tools; they resist being left behind. We make sure nobody is.

Three principles we won't compromise on

ROI before everything

We recommend AI where it demonstrably cuts costs or recovers time, and nowhere else. If the honest answer is "this won't pay back", that's what you'll hear. We'd rather lose a sale than waste your budget.

Compliance built in, not bolted on

Your legal obligations are part of the plan from day one, not an afterthought once a regulator starts asking questions. You stay covered as you grow instead of scrambling to catch up.

People make the difference

The best AI implementation in the world fails if the team doesn't buy in. We train your people until the new way of working feels natural, because tools that collect dust don't deliver ROI.
