2. These terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any free resources we make available through it. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
The provision of paid consultancy services is governed by a separate written engagement agreement or proposal between you (or your organisation) and OptimAIze. Where there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms in relation to the services, the engagement agreement prevails.
3. Our services
OptimAIze provides business process audits, AI integration roadmaps and gap analysis, implementation support, AI compliance documentation (including AI registries, responsible AI policies and risk assessments such as RAIAs), and employee training. Descriptions of our services on this website are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms for any engagement are set out in the relevant written proposal or contract.
4. No professional advice
Content on this website, including blog articles and any material on AI adoption, the EU AI Act, GDPR or related topics, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You should obtain advice tailored to your circumstances before acting on any information on this website. Engaging our consultancy services does not create a lawyer–client relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, or any connected system or network;
- introduce malware or any other malicious or technologically harmful material;
- copy, reproduce, scrape or republish content except as permitted in clause 6.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, OptimAIze owns or is licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the OptimAIze name and branding. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party links and services
This website may contain links to third-party websites and may load third-party resources (for example web fonts and an automated translation service used to provide multi-language versions of our content). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. The optional automated translation feature is provided for convenience only; machine-translated text may contain errors, and the English version of this website prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the website available and its information accurate and up to date, but we provide it on an "as available" basis and give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the website without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) this website. Our liability in connection with paid services is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.
10. Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal data is described in our Data Protection Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of your use of this website.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made, and significant changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter and formation are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. The courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
